If you are reporting a standards or product detail error, include the page URL, the sentence you are disputing, and what the standard or manufacturer document actually says. Corrections that come with a source get checked fastest, because they can be checked at all.
There is no ticket queue behind this address and no support desk, so we are not going to promise you a turnaround time. What we will state is the part that is checkable: if a correction holds, the page changes and its re-checked date moves with it. That process is written out on how we source this information.
